About me

I am a physiotherapist by education, and touch is my favorite way of connecting with another person.

Through feeling and listening to the body, I explore ways to awaken its natural self-healing abilities, which exist within each of us.

After years of working in hospitals and private practices, I began to notice how little attention is given in the medical world to prevention, daily self-care, movement habits, nutrition, the power of breath, and the value of touch.

I wanted to learn to listen more attentively to the body, to notice its needs, and to understand what it was telling me. This curiosity led me to yoga, meditation, spending increasing amounts of time in nature and forest retreats, and drawing wellness from herbs, diet, traditional medicine, and massage.

All of this guided me toward a dream: to make life a part of my work and my work a part of my life — and that is how Pełnia Ciała was born.

I invite you to a space where, more and more often, instead of strictly therapeutic touch, I choose gentle, loving touch, which often proves to be healing as well. I mainly practice it through Thai massage, my favorite holistic way of working mindfully with the body, which can become a beautiful journey inward on many levels.
